EGGY TOAST: THE BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS

This is my favorite breakfast to eat when I have time in the morning. You need:

1 large brown egg (I suppose the color doesn't matter much, but the brown makes me feel good inside)
1 piece of toast (any kind works, but I prefer a soft multigrain)
butter (for the toast. Lots of it)
1 ripe avocado half (oh fuck)
cock sauce or ketchup (I like either one really, it just depends on what I have in the fridge that day)
salt and pepper to taste

So you just cook an egg in a skillet with some butter. I cook it over medium, not too runny, I like it when the yoke oozes out pretty slow, like yellow lava. Meanwhile, you just toast the toast, slather on the butter, and spread the avocado on top. Then put your egg on top with salt and pepper and some cock sauce. Viola! When I'm really feeling cooky, I cook some greens on the side as well. So yummers.
